Medical Care for International Patients 

MSA provides medical care for a range of dermatological and plastic surgical conditions. 

Consultations are available in both English and Japanese. We aim to provide clear explanations so that international patients can understand their condition and available treatment options. 

We provide treatment for the following dermatological conditions under TRICARE coverage. Patients who are not using TRICARE may still receive treatment on a fully self-pay basis, with all medical expenses paid out of pocket.
